How do I apply for PattyCare?
Applying for PattyCare is easy, and there are no complicated qualifications! Here’s how you can get started:

- Go to Pattycare.com and choose the membership plan that works for you.
- Make your first payment
- You will receive an email with access to your patient portal in minutes or up to 1 – 3 hours.
Once you register your account, you can start booking virtual doctor visits, mental health sessions, and even get free prescriptions—right away.
There are no eligibility restrictions—no income limits, no medical history requirements. If you need care, you’re in!
How much does it cost to use PattyCare?
Pay a simple flat monthly fee starting at $99 with no hidden costs, no deductibles, and no co-pays for virtual visits. There are up to 1000 free medications and discounts on others. Weightloss
How does billing work?
Once you choose your preferred plan we will charge your credit card or bank account on the same day every month until cancellation.
How do I cancel my PattyCare membership?
Membership cancellations are based on the last month in which you received prescription medication.
- If you recently received a 90-day supply of medication and request to cancel, your membership will continue for two additional months before termination.
- If you have not received any prescription medication, your cancellation will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle, unless your next payment is due within 10 days or less, in which case it will apply to the following cycle.
- If you do not qualify for the weight loss program, you will only be charged $228 to cover the cost of consultations and/or lab work.
Can I use PattyCare in person or virtually?
PattyCare is a virtual healthcare service, meaning all doctor visits, mental health consultations, and specialist appointments are conducted online via telehealth.
However, PattyCare does cover free prescriptions, which you can pick up in person at participating pharmacies.
At this time, there are no in-person doctor visits through PattyCare, but you can access primary care, urgent care, mental health services, and specialist consultations—all from the comfort of your home.
How do I contact customer service?
Our Compassionate Care Team is available by phone Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM for any services that cannot be handled electronically.
For faster assistance, the following services are best handled online:
- Lab order inquiries
- Finding pharmacy locations
- Scheduling provider appointments
- Reordering medications
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Our careteam can
not accept a verbal cancellation of services.

How can I update my information in the patient portal?
Updating your information is quick and easy! Just follow these steps:
- Log in to your member portal.
- Click on the icon with your initials in the top right corner.
- Select the field you want to update and click Edit at the bottom of the screen.
- Save your changes—and you’re all set!

How do I add a dependent?
Just give us a call at the customer care number provided in your membership booklet, and our team will handle it for you! 🚀
How do I schedule an appointment with a healthcare provider on the platform?
- Login to your member portal at: member.pattycarehealth.com.
- Go to your Home page by clicking Home at the top of the page.
- Click “Schedule Appointment” under the tab that best matches your needs.
- Follow the prompts to select your appointment details.
- Click “Submit Request”—you’ll receive an email shortly with updates on your appointment.

What do I do if I have an emergency and need to go to the hospital?
